During our first two weeks in East Timor we excavated an archaeological site in Ira Ara. We stayed in the neighboring village of Moro. These are some of the photos from that village and the surrounding area.

Our group inspects the salt marsh outside of Moro. Salt is one of the top resources produced in East Timor and is probably the best I've ever had.
